Dan and his wife are owners of First Fruits and they have developed a new way to roast coffee. It has taken them 3 years to fully develop. They have been able to fully roast their coffee and finish the roast before the First Crack. This is unheard of. They are stimulating chemical reactions that normally occur much later, earlier in the roasting stage.
