Dan said when were drinking this coffee, it was picked from the tree only 3 months ago!!! it was so delicious as we drank our Doppio (double shot espresso). He recommends it to be served black, as a pour over or straight espresso, the way we like it, here is his spill regarding the Hipster for those hipsters.

You know how some people think they’re God’s gift to the world? Well, we think this bag o’ beans is our gift to coffee lovers. And yes, while that may seem overly-confident and just a tad arrogant – kinda like our hipster mates who inspired this roast – we’ve got the goods to back it up.
