Dan said when were drinking this coffee, it was picked from the tree only 3 months ago!!! it was so delicious as we drank our Doppio (double shot espresso). He recommends it to be served black, as a pour over or straight espresso, the way we like it, here is his spill regarding the Hipster for those hipsters.
