Yirgacheffe coffee is a specialty coffee from Ethiopia that is known for its floral and fruity flavors. When the coffee is washed, it means that the beans were processed using the wet method, which results in a cleaner and brighter taste profile.

Marmalade, chamomile and almond notes up front. Soft orange acidity is paired with a medium smooth body. Chocolate, hazelnut and spice notes to finish.

Roasting Times

We roast fresh every few days, and dispatch on TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS. Here are our cutoff times:

• If you order by Monday 5 pm, we will dispatch your order on Tuesday
• If you order by Wednesday 5pm, we will dispatch your order on Thursday
• All orders placed after cutoff times will be placed on the next available dispatch day
