Dan began his career in the military, He then discovered the love of coffee in a busy military café where he practiced his Latte art, he then moved to extracting the perfect shot. and his insatiability for quality coffee grew to starting his own roastery,

Dan and his wife are owners of First Fruits and they have developed a new way to roast coffee. It has taken them 3 years to fully develop. 
They have been able to fully roast their coffee and finish the roast before the First Crack. This is unheard of. They are stimulating chemical reactions that normally occur much later, earlier in the roasting stage. 
 This new style of roasting will age incredibly well. They have had coffee for over 2 years from the roast date, tasting is exceptional according to Dan.
